1C implementation in Armenia
A 1C implementation is a step-by-step project that covers business process analysis, system configuration, staff training and technical support. Depending on your goals, the solution may be a single product (for example, 1C:Accounting) or a modular ERP system on 1C:Enterprise. As the regional 1C distributor in Armenia, OneSoft carries extra responsibility for the result and follows one consistent approach, adapted to the size and structure of your company.
Project stages
Preparing the specification
We study your company: meetings with employees, review of current processes and collection of requirements. This defines the scope of automation and lets us fit 1C to your real business needs.
Based on the analysis, we prepare a specification that includes:
- automation goals and system structure
- a description of functional blocks or the chosen 1C product
- reporting and user access requirements
- integration specifications for external systems (ArmSoft, IDram, online cash registers, CRM and others)
- document flow and reconciliation logic
Implementation (by module or by product)
Installation and setup of reference data, roles, documents and reports. Where needed, customization for your company's specifics.
We test every scenario, from document operations to data exchange with external systems.
If the project includes integrations (with ArmSoft, websites or payment APIs), we handle technical coordination: we define requirements, test the exchange and fix the interaction format.
Training takes place after each block is finished, so users learn on a configured system. On request, we prepare video guides and reference materials.
We load balances and master data, check everything and launch the system. Each module ends with a signed acceptance report.
Support
After launch, technical support begins. It includes:
- updates of 1C configurations and the platform in line with Armenian law
- data backup and recovery
- user consulting on accounting and reporting
- support for exchanges with external systems
- performance and data quality audits
- developer services and technical consulting within an agreed number of hours
Whether it is 1C:Accounting, 1C:Retail or a full ERP solution, we work by the same principles: precisely, step by step and with your company's specifics in mind.
Common challenges and risks in 1C projects
Even though 1C solutions are standard products, every implementation is a project with risks. Even a single product installed without preparation and structure can lead to missed deadlines, budget overruns or users rejecting the system.
The easiest areas get automated instead of the ones that matter most.
Without a clear specification, the client and the contractor understand the result differently.
Accounting errors, duplicates, inconsistent reference data and unstructured documents simply move from Excel or other systems into 1C.
Users do not understand why their way of working is changing and see the system as an obstacle.
Caused by unagreed changes, delays with data or a lack of internal decisions.
The system is live, but employees do not know how to use it and work around it.
Migrating from ArmSoft needs special care: a clear data transfer method, reconciliation of reports and a check of the legal correctness of accounting formats.
That is why the pre-project stage is not a formality but the key tool for managing risk. It defines the scope of automation, aligns expectations, and sets the boundaries of responsibility and the technical conditions.
On our side, a senior consultant, a certified 1C specialist, is responsible for methodology and quality control at every stage. On the client side, a contact person is appointed with the authority to make decisions and approve key milestones.
